Shipping Information:

• All orders are shipped Canada Post Expedited Parcel, which includes insurance up to $100 and a tracking number. We do not assume any responsibility for lost or misdirected orders. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct on the order form as this is the address we use to ship your order.
  
  For your assurance, all orders will require a signature at time of delivery (at no additional charge to you).
  
  In Canada:
  $8.00 on orders under $75.00
  There is NO shipping charge for Canadian orders over $75.00 (after discounts, before taxes)
  
  Continental USA:
  $12.00 flat rate.
  
  International, and outside Continental USA:
  Shipping charges will be provided to customer for approval.
  
  In most circumstances, we will process your order within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are sent out daily from Tuesday to Sunday with the exception of Statutory Holidays. Canada Post Expedited Parcel usually takes 4 to 5 business days domestically, 5 to 14 days internationally. All applicable customs and duty charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Customs forms will be filled out for the full value of the item and will not be altered under any circumstances.
  
  
  
  
• You may also pick up your order at the store. Complete your shopping and check out normally, indicating "In-Store Pickup." Pick up requires a $25 minimum order, and are subject to local tax rates (including orders placed from an international address). Please allow 24 business hours notice.
  
  Tax:
  
  GST of 5% will be charged for all Canadian residents.
  An additional PST of 8% will be charged for Ontario residents.
  All "In-Store Pickup" orders are subject to PST of 8% and GST of 5%.
  
  Return Policy:
  
  We will be happy to take back any product that is defective from the manufacturer and replace it as long as it is in it's original packaging. However we do not accept returns on Pens, Paper, Adhesives, Magazines or Idea books. Returns need to be shipped back pre-paid within 14 days.
  
  Out Of Stock:
  
  If your order included items that are temporarily out of stock you will not be charged. If a product is out of stock and we are expecting our delivery of that product within a few days, we will hold your order until our shipment arrives. We always attempt to keep our pictures up-to-date.

  Online vs. B&M Store:
  
  Shopscrapalicious.com and our sister store Scrapalicious Inc. located in Mississauga are independent stores with different inventory and pricing. Our on-line prices are not the same as our in store prices. To take advantage of the great deals you see on our website, you must order on-line.
